Design Your Own

Have your own artwork or want to use a template background and lay out the text yourself?  Our Design Your Own feature has everything you need. 

• Uploading full artwork:  Once you get to the DYO item you want and click "start customizing," you'll be on step 2, Customize.  To upload artwork, click "Add image" in the left menu, then choose "Upload New Image" to browse your computer.  Select "Add background (full bleed)".   Find your JPG or PNG file on your computer or My Files and upload it to the ticket. 
•  Starting from scratch: Start with one of our blank templates and use the tools to add text, images, and functional elements like QR codes and barcodes.  You can even pull in a background from one of our templates by using the Background tool and going to "Browse Backgrounds."  In that search bar you can type something to help find the ticket, such as "casino" or "meat raffle" or even searching the main color of the template design.
• Import data to personalise every item automatically.  Use the "import data" tool to add names, titles, or reserved seating to your DYO product.  You'll be able to download a sample csv to use to create your unique data.  On the sample csv you will not want to edit or change the headers at all, or it will not upload.  Leave all headers as is, but if you don't need that column of data, leave the column blank under the header.
•  Easily add barcodes, variable QR codes, and serial numbers using the appropriate tools on the Design Your Own page. 
• Print-ready images: Print-ready files should be high-resolution (at least 300 DPI), in RGB color mode, and include a small bleed area. We accept png, tif, or jpeg file formats. 
• Adding a QR code: You can easily add a QR code by clicking on ‘Add QR Code’ in the left sidebar. You'll see a placeholder QR code appear on your design. Click on it to customise—you can enter a static URL or text, or use our Data Import feature to create unique QR codes for each item.
